In a medical emergency, call 119 for an ambulance. If you cannot speak Japanese, speak English slowly, and stay on the line. If you cannot even talk, tap on the receiver twice, and they will trace the call. If you have a specific hospital where you want to be taken, it is best to call ahead to make sure that they will accept you.
